# Blip Bounce — Privacy

updated:2026-10-07 scope:on-device only tldr:Blip Bounce does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. contact:[email protected]

// Blip Bounce is a one-tap arcade game set in a dark mine shaft, where you tap glowing ore before it drops and leave the red fuse sparks alone.

[01] Information collected // inputs

None. Blip Bounce has no accounts, no sign-in and no contact forms, and it never asks for your name, email address, phone number, location or any other identifier. The only text you can enter is an optional in-game nickname, which stays on your device.

[02] Local storage // on-device

Kept in OS-level local storage on your device, never uploaded:

  • Your in-game nickname (defaults to “Prospector”) and the avatar you picked.
  • Level progress: stars, best scores, best streaks, cleared shifts and an unfinished run you can continue.
  • Coin balance, total coins earned and the date of your last daily reward claim.
  • Upgrade tiers bought in the in-game store (paid for with in-game coins only).
  • Achievement (citation) progress and unlocks.
  • Settings: high-contrast sparks, ore trails, reduced motion, reduced flash, and whether the tutorial was completed.

Uninstalling the app deletes every byte.

[03] Permissions // runtime

Blip Bounce requests no runtime permissions. It does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, storage outside its own sandbox, or notifications.

[04] Network // egress

Blip Bounce works fully offline. The release build does not request internet access and makes no network requests of any kind — no servers, no ads, no update checks.

[05] Third parties // vendors

No third-party SDKs are integrated: no analytics, advertising, crash reporting, attribution or in-app purchase libraries. The app is built with Flutter and stores its data with the open-source sqflite library, which runs entirely on your device.

[06] Children // coppa/gdpr-k

Because Blip Bounce collects no personal information from anyone and makes no network requests, it does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR-K). It is safe for players of any age.

[07] Your rights // you

All data lives only on your device, so you are in full control of it. You can change your nickname in the Player screen at any time, and uninstalling the app (or clearing its storage in system settings) permanently deletes everything it saved. We hold no copy and have nothing to export or erase on our side.

[08] Changes // changelog

If this policy changes, the updated field at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
