A short note on your data.

PlaneWin365 does not transmit or share anything you put into it. Everything you write — your notes, your plan, your pantry, and the name you optionally give yourself — is written to a database on your own device and never leaves it.

PlaneWin365 is a recipe notebook, meal planner and pantry tracker that runs entirely on your device. The pages that follow describe, in plain language, what the app does and does not do with the things you type into it.

I · Collection

Information we collect

Nothing is collected by us, because nothing is sent anywhere. PlaneWin365 has no account, no sign-in, and no server. The only personal detail the app will ever ask for is an optional display name on the Chronicle screen, in a prompt you can leave blank; if you fill it in, it is saved to the app’s own database on your device and used only to put a name on your own cooking stats.

II · Storage

What lives on your device

For the app to work, the following is kept in the operating system's local storage, on your phone, and nowhere else:

Your recipe marks — which recipes you have favourited, the rating you gave each one, any notes you attached, and the serving size you last used.
Your notes — the free text you write against a recipe, along with the tag you filed it under (a tweak, a swap, a timing correction, a plating idea) and the date you wrote it.
Your weekly plan — which recipe you assigned to each breakfast, lunch and dinner slot, and for how many servings.
Your pantry and shopping basket — item names, quantities, units, the aisle they are grouped under, and any expiry date you set.
Your cook log — which recipe you cooked, when, for how many servings, and how long it took, which is what the Chronicle screen charts.
An optional name and avatar — if you choose to fill in the "Your name" prompt on the Chronicle screen, that name, the avatar you picked, and the date you started using the app are stored in the same local database. Leaving it blank is fine; nothing else depends on it.
A handful of settings — whether you have seen the tour, metric or imperial units, your default serving count, whether your week starts on Monday, and two display toggles for pantry hints and compact rows.

None of it is uploaded. Uninstalling the app removes every byte.

III · Permissions

What the app asks for

None. The Android manifest declares no runtime permissions and the iOS build requests none, so PlaneWin365 never asks for your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or files. The one outward-facing feature is the share button on the Chronicle screen, which passes a short summary of your own cooking stats to the system share sheet only when you tap it; you choose the destination, and the app reads nothing back.

IV · Network

What goes over the wire

PlaneWin365 makes no network requests of any kind. It bundles no HTTP client, no socket code, and no web view, and all eighteen built-in recipes ship inside the app package rather than being fetched. The app behaves identically in airplane mode. Because nothing leaves your device, there are no servers or logs associated with your use of it.

V · Third parties

Who else is involved

None. PlaneWin365 integrates no analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDKs — no Firebase, no Google Mobile Ads, no Crashlytics, and nothing comparable. Its dependencies are the Flutter framework plus local-only packages for the database, state management, the charts on the Chronicle screen, the cook-mode confetti, date formatting, and the system share sheet. None of them phone home.

VI · Children

Younger readers

PlaneWin365 is suitable for all ages. Because nothing is transmitted off the device, the app cannot knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR-K). There is no advertising, no in-app purchasing, no chat, and no way for anything a child writes in the app to reach anyone else.

VII · Your rights

What you can do

Because PlaneWin365 keeps everything locally and sends nothing anywhere, you already hold the only copy of your data and you control it outright. Any note, plan entry, pantry item or rating can be edited or deleted inside the app, the name prompt can be cleared at any time, clearing the app’s storage in your device settings erases the whole database at once, and uninstalling PlaneWin365 removes it completely. There is nothing on our side to request, export, correct, or delete — but you are welcome to write with any question at the address below.

Changes to this policy

If anything in this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be revised, and material changes will appear in the app's release notes.
